Calculate your real margin
Include shipping, fees and advertising. Price for your profit target, compare scenarios, and save the plan that works.
Where the revenue goes
One order, split into costs and contribution. All amounts use the same currency.
The allowance is a budget as a share of revenue, not a return probability.
What if you change the price?
Compare a 10% lower price, your current price, and a 10% higher price. All other inputs, including discount rate, stay fixed.

Understand the assumptions
Per-order model before taxes and monthly overhead. Percentage costs apply to revenue after discount.
Worked example
$50.00 − $36.50 = $13.50
Product gross profit subtracts only product cost from discounted revenue. Contribution also subtracts shipping, fees, ads and allowances. It is not final net profit after overhead and taxes.

Common questions
How do gross profit and contribution differ?
Product gross profit subtracts only product cost from discounted revenue. Contribution also subtracts shipping, fees, ads and allowances. It is not final net profit after overhead and taxes.
How is a target price calculated?
Fixed per-order costs are divided by one minus percentage fees, allowances and the target margin, then adjusted back to a list price before discount. A separate output prices for a target profit amount.
What do CPA and ROAS assume?
CPA is the total advertising cost one order can support before losing money. ROAS is revenue divided by that allowance. Both exclude overhead and taxes and assume the order revenue is attributed to advertising.
